Deni Luna won second place for "Are You Living with an Energy Vampire?" and Andrew Nichols took third with "Energy Vampires."

Thank you to everyone who entered, voted or just visited the contest side. You all have helped us spread the word about how energy vampires suck energy even when they are turned off and how you can save money by cutting them off. The videos were creative, entertaining and educational. Great job!

Contest Requirements

Your original videos must be no more than 90 seconds long, show the energy vampires in your home and how you’re getting rid of these vampires to save energy.

Entrants grant City Light full rights to reproduce, re-use, and distribute the winning videos without limitation or compensation. By submission of a video, entrant agrees to these conditions.

Only one video entry per household.

Contest is open to City Light residential customers only.

City Light employees and their families are excluded from entering the contest.

Fan voting will determine the top 10 videos, all of which will win prizes. From those 10, City Light judges will pick the top three winners on or about Oct. 25. Creativity and fun will be rewarded.
